  • No—this isn’t on social media. Our community lives on WhatsApp, so it’s easy to access on your phone and simple to stay connected. If you do not have a WhatsApp account, you would need to create one to participate in this aspect of our community. All live calls take place via a zoom link.

  • You’ll be part of the larger community, and as we grow, members will be placed into Circles (small groups capped at 25) so the experience stays personal, supportive, and connected. Coaching calls will be larger and serve all members at once but connection calls are capped.

  • Coaching Sessions (Weeks 1 & 3) is live and recorded and focuses on research based guidance, teaching, and Q&A to launch and support the month’s practice.
    Practice & Connection Circle (Weeks 2 & 4) is live-only and focuses on real-life integration and community connection.

  • You can post in the WhatsApp community throughout the week. We also have a dedicated Q&A thread in the WhatsApp community for questions you want answered on the live coaching or connection call session.

  • You can expect a response within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri) unless we’re out of office (and you’ll always know when Coach Bloodine is OOO).

  • If you miss a Coaching Session, you can watch the replay. Practice & Connection circles are live-only, so if you miss one, you can rejoin the following week and continue the monthly practice. If it appears that the time is a consistent conflict, you may want to wait to join at a different time as other time slots will open for the practice and connection circles in the future. The Coaching Sessions will always be held on Wednesday evenings.

  • This community is designed to meet you where you are, but it does not replace medical care. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new health practice.

  • The Radiant Community is a Truemed-approved offering. Eligible members may be able to use HSA/FSA funds depending on their plan/provider. Click here to learn more.

  • You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing cycle.
    Pause is available only for monthly members (1 month, 1x/year). Keep in mind that pausing for more than a month will cause forfeiture of your current rate. Prepaid plans are not pause-eligible.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our resources and the immediate access you will have, no refunds will be issued after that period.
